At Organwashing, we are committed to providing high-quality landscaping consultation services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding consultations, service agreements, and customer satisfaction for our low-maintenance landscaping services.

Consultation Services

Our landscaping consultation services are tailored to help homeowners design and implement low-maintenance outdoor spaces. Due to the personalized nature of these services:

• Initial consultations are non-refundable once completed
• If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please provide at least forty-eight hours notice
• Cancellations made with less than forty-eight hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Rescheduling is available with reasonable notice and subject to availability

Landscaping Plans and Designs

Custom landscaping plans and design services provided by organwashing:

• Design revisions are included based on your service agreement
• Once final plans are approved and delivered, they are non-refundable
• Plans are created specifically for your property and cannot be returned
• Digital and physical copies of plans remain your property after purchase

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our landscaping advice and recommendations. If you are not satisfied with our services:

• Contact us within seven days of receiving consultation or design services
• Clearly explain your concerns and areas of dissatisfaction
• We will work with you to address concerns and find a satisfactory solution
• Solutions may include additional consultation time or plan modifications

Plant and Material Recommendations

Please note that Organwashing provides professional recommendations for plants and landscaping materials, but:

• We do not sell plants or materials directly
• Any purchases made through third-party vendors are subject to their return policies
• We cannot accept returns of plants or materials purchased from other sources
• Plant performance depends on proper planting, maintenance, and local conditions
• We are not responsible for plant survival after installation

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel scheduled services:

• More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling available
• 24-48 hours notice: Fifty percent cancellation fee may apply
• Less than 24 hours: Full service fee may be charged
• No-show appointments: Full service fee will be charged

Refund Process

When refunds are applicable based on this policy:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or postal mail
• Include your name, contact information, service date, and reason for refund request
• We will review your request within five business days
• Approved refunds will be processed within ten business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Service Modifications

We understand that landscaping projects may evolve. If you need to modify your service agreement:

• Contact us as soon as possible to discuss modifications
• Additional services may be added based on availability and pricing
• Reduction in services may result in adjusted pricing
• Major modifications may require a new service agreement

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control including severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events:

• Scheduled consultations may need to be postponed
• We will work with you to reschedule at the earliest opportunity
• No cancellation fees will apply for force majeure situations
• Existing service agreements remain valid and will be fulfilled when possible
